7aum Arivu’s audio launch is to happen on September 22nd at the Chennai Trade Centre and the preparations are on at full swing. This will be a very grand affair and out-of-the-box thinking by the 7aum Arivu team which is going to set this audio launch apart from the rest. The show will be hosted by Jai and Anjali. To begin with, the trailer of the film will be premiered at the function. Lakshmi Rai, Abhinaya, Anjali, Rukmini and others are performing at this audio launch function and the dances are cherogorahed by Shobi. Bollywood star Isha Sharwani and several artistes of international repute will also be performing onstage. Singer Karthik will also enthrall the audiences with his spellbinding voice.  We have confirmed sometime ago that 7aam Arivu will hit the marquee this Diwali. The latest on this is that the film will be released in Telugu as well under the title 7th Sense. Suriya enjoys a huge fan following not just in Tamil Nadu but also in Tollywood and Bollywood. This star’s immense popularity has made the filmmakers to consider releasing in Telugu and the work in this regard is now in progress. The latest buzz in Kollywood is that Sun Pictures may step in and take over 7aam Arivu and the talks are on for this. The other film that Sun Pictures is eyeing to buy is Nanban. An official announcement may be made anytime soon, it is expected.

The audio launch of this film is scheduled to happen at the Chennai Trade Centre in Nandambakkam on September 22 nd and the frenzy for the track list has just shot up as the tunes are set by Harris Jayraj. Phrases like ‘eagerly waited’ and ‘much anticipated’ are fast becoming clichés when talking about a Suriya film these days. So simply put, the shooting of Suriya’s ‘7am Arivu’ will complete by mid March and the audio of the film will be launched on March 28. In the film Suriya plays Anwar Basha, a trapeze artiste who also doubles up as an animal trainer. Shruthi Kamal plays Shalini, his love interest. Suriya was trained for his acrobatic acts by a renowned circus company in Coimbatore and as always the creative actor learnt the art well. According to sources the audio launch will be a spectacular feat with Suriya performing some dare devilry acrobatics live on stage. Recently the shooting of Suriya’s 7am Arivu was halted in Coimbatore as the permission for rolling the camera was rejected by the Coimbatore administration officers. Protest was raised by environmental activists as Siruvani River will be polluted by the material used for the set was plaster of paris. Latest is the unit of 7am Arivu has started shooting in Trichy. The film was shot in various locales in Chennai and also completed a foreign schedule. AR Murugadoss completed three songs on the lead pair exotic locales in Hong Kong and Thailand on the lead pair Suriya and Shruthi Hassan. Suriya is trying out a never played in 7an Arivu as a   handicapped circus artist. AR Murugadoss tweeted “My production crew went to Trichy”.

Suriya is eagerly expecting the release of Raththa Charithram, a Ram Gopal Varma-directed film, on December 3rd. This is the first trilingual from the star and he has said that it was unique experience to work in three languages simultaneously. On his next film 7aam Arivu, Suriya says that he is well-aware that all eyes are on this project as it is directed by AR Murugadoss, the director with whom he had given a smash hit, Ghajini. The reason for his happiness is his work in the Shahrukh starrer ‘My name is Khan’ has been selected for the main awards competition at the coveted ‘Plus Camerimage’ International film festival for the art of cinematography. The festival, a global event, will be held in Bydgozscs, Poland between November 27 and December 4, 2010. Ravi K. Chandran is known for his pristine and vibrant cinematography in the Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi film industries. He has worked with the who’s who of the Indian movie world including Mani Ratnam, Rakesh Roshan, Faran Akhthar, Priyadarshan and Shankar. His work in movies like Viraasat, Black, Dil Chahta Hai, Boys and Kannathil Muthamittal was critically applauded. AR Murugadoss has planned for a special segment in the Suriya-starrer 7aam Arivu. Grapevine has it that this segment will go back 1500 years giving the movie a historical feel.
