7aum Arivu’s audio launch is to happen on September 22nd at the Chennai Trade Centre and the preparations are on at full swing. This will be a very grand affair and out-of-the-box thinking by the 7aum Arivu team which is going to set this audio launch apart from the rest. The show will be hosted by Jai and Anjali. To begin with, the trailer of the film will be premiered at the function. Lakshmi Rai, Abhinaya, Anjali, Rukmini and others are performing at this audio launch function and the dances are cherogorahed by Shobi. Bollywood star Isha Sharwani and several artistes of international repute will also be performing onstage. Singer Karthik will also enthrall the audiences with his spellbinding voice. The film's lead pair Suriya and Shruti Haasan, villain Johnny Tri Nguyen, director AR Murugadoss, producer Udayanidhi Stalin and all those associated with 7aum Arivu will be at the venue. Surya has completed the shooting of his AR Murgadoss directed 7aam Arivu. Surya will soon start the work on his next movie Maatraan directed by K.V Ananad. The duo has earlier given one of Kollywood’s Biggest Box office hits in it history through Ayan. Maatraan is being produced by Kalpathi S. Aghoram and Harris Jayaraj is scoring music for the fim. Maatraan Shooting is expected to start by 1st week of June. Also KV Anand is searching for the lead lady in the movie and hasn’t finalized any one yet. As per sources Tamanna, Tapasee, Kajal Agarwal and Deepika Padukone are in the race to pair with Surya. But it seems like Kajal Agarwal will pair up with Surya in Maatraan even though it is not officially confirmed yet. An official announcement about the movie cast and crew is expected soon.

Suriya will begin shooting for Maatran sometime in June. To be directed by KV Anand, this mammoth project is generating a tidal wave of expectations even before work has started. The always-crowded Ranganathan Street at T Nagar became more crowded recently, when Suriya and director A R Murugadoss were there to shoot a song for their forthcoming venture ‘7am Arivu’. “Since filming a song on Ranganathan Street is no easy task, we rehearshed the sequence many a time at AVM Studios for three days. Thanks to all, we managed to achieve what we conceived, on the busy street,” says Murugadoss. It is said that the entire shot was completed in just 10 minutes and the unit immediately left the spot, as crowd started to swell to have a glimpse of Suriya. “Special permission was obtained earlier,” sources say. The film was shot in various locales in Chennai and also completed a foreign schedule.
